At BuytheBagandMore.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and issue refunds under the following terms:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and undamaged.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Please note that customized, personalized, or monogrammed items are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@buythebagandmore.com within the 14-day return period.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo of the concern.

Our team will provide return instructions. (In the case of jewelry, please refer to the Jewelry Return Policy.)

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Non-Refundable or Final Sale Items

Custom or personalized orders — including items with names, initials, monograms, logos, or custom letteringcannot be returned or refunded, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Exceptions apply only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired product.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at returns@buythebagandmore.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo of the issue.
